Oblong shaped faces are normally long and narrow. To soften the sharp features and add width to the face, larger and thicker frames are recommended.

Diamond shaped faces are one of the least common face shapes, characterized by a narrow forehead and jawline, with angular cheekbones acting as the widest point of the face. Oval or rimless frames with gentle curves will compliment this face shape.

Square shaped faces are complimented by round or oval shaped frames like the butterfly or aviator shapes to soften their features by rounding them out.

Heart shaped faces are convex shapes that narrow from the temples to the chin, thus a wide lower edge framed glasses are recommended to shift the attention downwards and elongate the face.

Oval shaped faces can wear any shape frame, however, avoid huge frames that cover up your symmetrical features, mainly your distinct cheekbones. Choose glasses that cover the face from the eyebrows to the cheekbones.

Round shaped faces have less defined angles as compared to the others. Frames that suit round faces must have sharp and angular lines that will make the face look thinner and sharper while elongating it. Thus, rectangular, wrap, square shapes are the best choices for you.

The season for the greatest UV exposure is here (May-August), so find the best pair of sunglasses for you.

And a final tip, UV rays are the greatest when the sun is at its highest in the sky (between 10am and 4pm), so always protect one of our most precious gifts of sight.
